Crime and Public Protection

 

The NEBRASKA REPUBLICAN PARTY believes the rights of society and the rights of the individual are both important and must be protected. We support the work of law enforcement across the state. The judicial system must impose swift and fair punishment for all crimes, violent and nonviolent. Alternative punishment and rehabilitation for first-time nonviolent offenders should be supported. We support the work of faith-based organizations in providing support services for such alternatives.
