The Nebraska Republican Party favors the appointment and confirmation of judges who will follow the Constitution as it is written and not legislate their personal preferences from the bench. We express our sorrow at the passing of Justice Antonin Scalia, who we acknowledge as one of the finest Justices ever to serve on the U.S. Supreme Court.
